Description of Services
AutomateNexus Voice provides AI-powered voice receptionist services that include:
- 24/7 automated phone answering and call handling
- Lead qualification and appointment scheduling
- Integration with third-party calendars and CRM systems
- Outbound calling campaigns
- Call recording and analytics
- Multi-language support
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.
Account & Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
Billing & Payments
Subscription Plans
Our Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your selected plan.
Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.
Refunds
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 90 days, contact us for a full refund. After 90 days, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of subscription periods.
Price Changes
We may change subscription fees with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity
- Transmit spam, chain letters, or unsolicited communications
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use the Services for illegal telemarketing or robocalling
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account.
Intellectual Property
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by AutomateNexus Voice and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you provide through the Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software without our express written permission.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from the Services will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the Services will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutomateNexus Voice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or goodwill
- Service interruption or computer damage
- Cost of substitute services
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Informal Resolution
Before filing any claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We'll try to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
Arbitration
Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
